Traditional cuisine is very diverse and multiculturalism delights with idea.
The program of the study visit was focused on traditional cuisine.
Among others we saw:
- Bialystok culinary trail
- Tatar flavors in Kruszyniany
- Traditional sekacz baking at an agrotourism farm in the Suwaliki region
Thanks to the invitation we had received from the Marshal\'s Office in Bialystok, we could admire the taste of traditional products of the region ourselves. Another great thing we observed was how tradition is cultiveted and how this heritage is conveted to yanger generations.
