Study visit - District Opole
14-16 April 2016
On April 14-16, the national media journalists visited the district of Opole. The program of the study visit was to present the economic development and the region\'s tourist attractions.
In such a short time it is impossible to show all the wealth of the district - castles, palaces, churches, chapels, roadside crosses, cemeteries, manor parks, memorabilia from the era of industrialization, and to present comprehensively the contemporary face.
Therefore, after a thorough analysis , we chose places that are characteristic for this land, but also help to understand the complex history of the region. Those that are the basis of the Silesian identity.
District of Opole is a kind of a cultural melting pot that is the source of many inspirations .
